Along the way, wellness habits and coaches saved me and I am ready to help bring about positive shifts for others.

I believe the best way to help your loved ones, and your purpose in life - is to feel good in your body: strong, healthy, confident, energetic, peaceful and to wake up feeling joyful. It’s the ‘airplane’ method - take care of yourself first so that you are able to take care of others.

I am committed to helping you create habits of health & happiness that will stick!  With 1:1 coaching, I curate information & research on wellness and habit change that applies to your specific situation and goals. Together, we will map out your dreams and vision for the future.  

If you could wave a magic wand, what would you want?  

We will dig into what’s holding you back and co-create actions steps that set you up for successful changes. These will work for you and create big shifts in how you feel, your health, and your mindset so you can show up as the best version of yourself.

You need to be ‘all in’ to bring about these changes - because it means changing what you are doing now - but if you’re ready, I will be there alongside you, every step of the way to provide the support, encouragement, curated info and accountability for you to make those changes.  

My coaching is different for each person and their goals. I help you to:

  • Create a daily routine that sets you up for success and helps you feel your best

We meet once a week over the phone, in person or on zoom so we can work together no matter where you live.

  • I include one session where I come to your house and work along side you to help you get started on clearing the clutter and organizing!  (Sometimes it’s best to clean and clear away what is no longer needed before taking in the new.)

  • One session could be touring the grocery store and shopping for healthy foods together where I teach you about marketing ploys and ways to find what is the best for you.

  • I love being outside and believe in the healing & peaceful power of nature.  When it’s do-able, I would love to meet with you outside for our sessions. We could choose the beach, a grassy knoll or one of my favorite walks.
